By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Overlap lets you create groups, invite other people, mark your availability on weekly hour grids or calendar dates, chat with group members, and see overlapping free times. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• send spam or post abusive, harassing, or infringing content;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping;
• attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent any technical limits of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as group names, messages, and availability). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.

Overlap offers an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and related mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
